the strategy

aganst Regirock use close combat if your slower then it use thunder wave and then close combat
aganst Regice use close combat if your slower then it use thunder wave and then close combat
aganst Registeel use close combat if your slower then it use thunder wave and then close combat
aganst Salamence use thunder wave and then shadow force
aganst Metagross use thunder wave and then shadow force
aganst ShinySceptile use thunder wave and then ice beam/shadow force
aganst ShinyBlaziken swich to one or the regis let it die and then swich to giratina 2 and then use thunder wave and then shadow force/zen headbutt
aganst ShinySwampert swich to one of the regis and then let it die then swich to giratina 3 and use Gigadrain/Energy Ball or shadow force
aganst Slaking thunder wave and then close combat

i think the best moves for s.sceptile and s.blaziken and s. swampert is thunderwave (not for swampert) and draco meteor
