Really good but the little effects you tried to pull off on Gaara's outline sort of backfired; it makes him look a bit choppy when I first looked at the signature but then looked a bit closer and saw what you were trying to do.

I can't really see much effects, just a pick effect. The text isn't that good other....

The flow is way off. I mean as in, it should be going in like one direction, or if you were planning a fire effect, then you should've smudged a bit more. The text doesn't blend at all and the outerglow probably wasn't needed if you played your cards right (did the smudging better). Though you're improving, try a simple smudging tutorial about flow and then try and implement into your sigs and you will get some very nice results. As for this one, 6.3/10
