I need to know what Tm number is Thunder Punch since I got the Japenese version of Platinum? And can Infernape learn Crunch? Where can I get a Max Elixir?

ThunderPunch is a Move Tutor move, it can't learn Crunch, and their all over the place.

No. You need to go to the Move Tutor to the west of Pastoria and pay shards for it.
