Roster should look like this;

*The more Blisseys you have, the higher the chance that you'll get to Shiny Groudon, but the lower the chance you'll defeat it. And vice versa. There are no Golden Blisseys yet of course*

Guide;
Munchlax - Doublekick with Froslass
Rayquaza - Switch to your first Blissey and Icebeam it or keep Froslass and Icebeam it. Re-start if either of them faint.
Metagross - If your Blissey has a lot of HP left, continue and Seismistoss. If not, then switch and Seimistoss. Re-start if you faint.
Golden Lugia - Toxic and repeat step 3.
Shiny Kyogre - Toxic and Seismictoss/Fly/Gigadrain
Shiny Groudon - Toxic and Fly
