Windows 32-bit uses a 32-bit word size, 64-bit uses a 64-bit word size.

Pretty much, 64-bit can work with numbers 4294967296 times as big

Probably the only thing that'll concern the average computer user is that 32-bit can only read 3gb of RAM (it's actually a little less) and 64-bit can read more.

64-bit can have mre ram
plus it uses more processing/memory etc etc
