The level is nothing, I have 4 Lv3000 and a Lv4000. The highest level you can trade is 2499, but you can train to any level (like 10k). 1k = Lv1000, 2k = Lv2000, etc. 1x means 1x2499, which is the highest level cap. Sorta like a unit. So 2x is 2x2499. Your Psyduck is worth around a 1.8k (Lv1800). And as you know, levels are harder to train as you move up, so 1k + 1k equals 1.3k, not 2k.

WoT is kinda right, because you're the only new player I've seen so far who has read (and follows) the Rules, FAQ, and UCG, instead of just begging for freebies, so I applaud you for that. Also, I see that you have a Machamp as a training pokemon. I suggest that you swap it into a Shiny or Dark Machamp (There's a Secret Swap button on the left hand side of the screen), but it costs money to do so.

Shiny Pokemon receive a +5 boost to their stats all the time, so training should be easier at all times. Dark Pokemon receive a +10 boost at night, but a -4 (not sure about this number) boost in the day, so Dark Pokemon are good for people who train at night. I prefer dark, because I have the most time to train at night (see my main account - 2613436), but it's your choice to swap it into whatever you want.

There's not much else I can think of saying, so I hope you have fun and enjoy TPPC!

EDIT: Another small thing, use the Edit button whenever necessary :P

Hm... I'm assuming it's Rain Dance based? Manaphy really shines in permanent rain... Too bad only Kyogre can do that. xD

Empoleon can be godlike in the right hands... Surf/Agility/Substitute/Ice Beam or Grass Knot, with a Petaya Berry, can stop the hell out of a lot of things. Particularly when Torrent activates.

I like Blastoise, he's a great non-conventional Rapid Spinner. Love the fact it gets Foresight, I find it great when someone switches a Ghost in to block Rapid Spin and they get Foresighted. :D And Yawn is useful, too.

Luxray's alright, there's better Electrics though. Like Electivire. With that many Water-types, along with Staraptor, you have a glaring Electric weakness. Electivire can absorb the electricity and get a +1 Speed boost out of it. Or Jolteon can heal 25% of its HP. :P

Ninetales seems oddly out of place in what appears to be a Rain Dance team. Maybe a Dugtrio would work to trap Electrics and OHKO them with Earthquake. Kinda frail, though.

Staraptor's pretty good, but just about everything it can do, Gyarados can do a lot better. Dragon Dance, lots of physical attacks, Taunt...

...oh, I totally went super-Poke-nerd there. Sorry. D:
