Disabled PMs

My PMs on the chats are disabled, and I don't know why.
Every time I PM someone, I get this:

PRIVMSG Command disabled (PMs disabled. Thank PoP for the stupidity.)

Also , I can receive PMs, but I can reply to them.

I didn't PM much.
And my name is not registered, but why would some one impersonate me? :hmm:

Well, I haven't been registered for like a year now, and I have always been able to PM.

You need to register your nicknames on the chat. If you still can't PM, then it's likely because you PMed a bunch of people too much and bothered them so they complained, or you did something else to abuse it.

I can't even register my nick.

When I try to confirm my passcode, it still show me this in my status:

And I rarely PM others on the chats, so I doubt that anyone complained about me.
