Move Error

This has happened lots of times to me.

It's happened in the Celebi tower, but I didn't really care, because I could still beat it. But now that I'm doing the Unown Tower Phase 2, I can't win because of it.

There is a move error. When I select "Toxic" my pokemon uses "Fly" sometimes, and it's really annoying.

When I'm up to ShinyKyogre in Unown Tower, it makes it impossible to win.

If you already used Fly the previous turn, or withdrew a Pokemon that already completed 1 turn of Flying, and needs t strike, it will just continue instead of attacking.
